Civil Engineering in Burlington, Wisconsin

Our headquarters is at 432 Milwaukee Avenue in downtown Burlington - which makes your project our home turf.

An Engineering Firm That Lives Where It Works

Lynch & Associates has been a Wisconsin civil engineering and land surveying practice since 2010, and Burlington is where we call home. From our headquarters on Milwaukee Avenue, a team of more than 20 professionals delivers municipal engineering, transportation design, land development, construction management, and land surveying for the communities around us.

Burlington sits at the junction of four counties, and our work reflects it: town and village engineering across Racine and Walworth counties, bridge and roadway projects with WisDOT, commercial and industrial site work, and survey crews in the field every day. When a project is 15 minutes from the office, you get an engineer who already knows the roads, the reviewers, and the rivers - in a town where the Fox and White rivers meet, that last part matters.

The relationships run long here. We serve as retained engineer for area towns, we have carried Burlington-area bridges from condition assessment through construction with WisDOT, and we surveyed one of the city's largest industrial parcels. Local is not a marketing angle for us - it is the commute.
