Our New Berlin office puts a full civil engineering and surveying team inside the Waukesha - Milwaukee metro, minutes from the corridors we help build.
Lynch & Associates was founded in 2010 in Big Bend, ten minutes down the road - so Waukesha County has been home ground from day one. Today our office at 5000 S. Towne Dr in New Berlin anchors the metro side of the practice: land development and commercial site design, municipal street and utility work, stormwater management, and construction management on the interstate corridors that carry the region.
The work is close enough to see from the office. We designed the City of New Berlin's downtown Farmers Market site, provided construction services on the IH-43 corridor at Moorland Road, expanded flood capacity under Stanley Drive in Menomonee Falls for the new hospital, and built out dealership and retail sites across the county. When Waukesha County developers need a site engineered at retail speed, or a metro community needs pavement and pipes renewed, this is the office that answers.
And because the full firm sits behind it - more than 20 professionals, survey crews, bridge and roadway designers, construction inspectors - a project that starts as a site plan can carry straight through permitting, plats, and construction without changing firms.
Four projects within the New Berlin office's daily radius - follow any of them for the full story.
25+ years leading utility, stormwater, roadway, and land development work - from Kenosha's 6th Avenue streetscape to national programs, licensed in 16 states.
Inspection and modeling experience on the I-94 East-West, I-41 Zoo, and I-43 corridors - over $6 billion in construction managed, set up, or modeled.
Transportation designer currently on the I-94 Stadium Interchange design team in Milwaukee - roadway geometry, grading, and stormwater for WisDOT and municipal projects.
More than 20 professionals across both offices - designers, surveyors, and construction inspectors who move between metro and rural work every week.

The New Berlin office anchors our metro Milwaukee and Waukesha County work: commercial and residential site design, stormwater management, municipal street and utility projects, and construction management on the interstate corridors that run through the area.
Yes. We design sites for developers and national retail programs, and we serve cities, villages, and towns directly - including the City of New Berlin, where we designed the Farmers Market site downtown.
New Berlin, Waukesha, Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Muskego, Mukwonago, Big Bend, Franklin, West Allis, and Milwaukee are all regular territory - generally everything in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties, with the Burlington headquarters covering the counties to the south.
