Two rural blocks urbanized with curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and renewed utilities - on schedule and on budget.
School Street's two-block rural cross-section was transformed into a full urban configuration: curb and gutter, sidewalk replacement and extensions, and ADA-compliant curb ramps that make the walk to school safer for the neighborhood that named the street.
Below the surface, the project renewed storm sewer inlets, replaced the water main and services, replaced sanitary laterals, and made spot sanitary sewer repairs. Lynch managed coordination across multiple utility providers - and the community conversations that come with digging up a neighborhood - delivering on schedule and within budget.
