Dealership Parking Expansion
- Pleasant Prairie

250 new spaces, a wet detention basin, and a retaining wall that looks good from the highway - on a fast-track clock.

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI  ·  Client: Pleasant Prairie Dealership  ·  Services: Site Design · Stormwater · Retaining Wall · Coordination

This fast-track Pleasant Prairie expansion added 250 vehicle display and employee parking spaces across two new lots, drained to a new wet detention basin. A stamped-concrete cantilever retaining wall carries the grade where the site meets traffic - showroom looks on a stormwater-compliant site, delivered at retail speed.

More Cars on Display, Less Water Where It Shouldn't Be

This fast-track expansion added 250 vehicle display and employee parking spaces across two new lots for a Pleasant Prairie dealership. Lynch's site design integrated a new wet detention basin for runoff control, landscape islands, and site lighting - keeping the added pavement functional and presentable.

Where the site meets traffic, a cantilever retaining wall finished in stamped concrete carries the grade with a customer-facing look. Lynch coordinated continuously with the client, the Village, the landscape architect, and the lighting designer to keep design decisions moving at retail speed.

The dealership gained display capacity without drainage complaints from neighbors or the Village of Pleasant Prairie, and the finished lots read as showroom, not stormwater project. Fast-track commercial sites like this one are core work for Lynch's land development team: firm deadlines, visible results, and engineering that supports the sale.
