Clayton & Bellview Avenue
Reconstruction

Two neighborhood streets urbanized with new utilities, sidewalks, and ADA access - with minimal disruption.

Location: East Troy, WI  ·  Client: Village of East Troy  ·  Services: Design · Construction Management · Utility Coordination

Lynch converted Clayton and Bellview Avenues in East Troy from aging rural cross-sections to urban curb-and-gutter streets with new sidewalks and ADA ramps. The full utility stack came with it - water main and services replaced, laterals rehabilitated, sewer re-lined - two neighborhood streets modernized in one coordinated program.

Neighborhood Streets, Modern Standards

Clayton and Bellview Avenues carried East Troy's neighborhoods on rural cross-sections long past their era. Lynch's reconstruction converted both to urban curb-and-gutter streets with sidewalks and ADA curb ramps - connectivity the neighborhood didn't have before.

Utility work ran the full stack: water main and service replacement, sanitary lateral rehabilitation, and sewer re-lining. Lynch provided design and construction management, coordinating multiple utility providers to streamline construction and keep disruption to residents at a minimum - delivering the program on schedule and within budget.

The result for East Troy: two neighborhood streets with modern pavement, complete sidewalks, and renewed utilities beneath them, delivered with residents kept informed from first notice to final restoration. It is the kind of full-depth, full-width renewal Lynch's municipal engineering team delivers for communities across southeastern Wisconsin.
