USH 12 Bridge Rehabilitation
- STH 67 to STH 50

Lead structural design for seven bridge rehabilitations along the USH 12 corridor in Walworth County.

Seven Bridges, One Corridor Package

As lead structural subconsultant to DAAR, Lynch delivered rehabilitation design for seven bridges along USH 12 between STH 67 and STH 50 - a coordinated WisDOT corridor package covering structure survey reports, load ratings, final plans, specifications, estimates, and calculations.

Detailed design ran the full depth of each structure: abutments, piers, girders, bearings, and superstructures, with construction staging plans that kept traffic moving through the corridor throughout the work.

When a semi-truck impact damaged a girder after letting, the team prepared an emergency addendum and special provision on a fast turnaround - field-responsive structural engineering that kept the corridor package on schedule.
