Site planning, design, and construction support for a new two-brand dealership campus - Chrysler/Jeep and Chevrolet, side by side.
Lynch provided site planning, design, and construction support for the new Lynch Mukwonago dealership - an 11.4-acre campus with two dealership buildings, Chrysler/Jeep and Chevrolet, sharing display lots, customer parking, and a landmark flag plaza framed by decorative retaining walls.
The design carried the whole development: intricate site grading across the campus, sewer and water service to both buildings, parking and display lot layout, and retaining wall design - with the continuous architect and developer coordination that keeps a retail schedule honest. The finished campus turned a challenging site into an attractive, efficient commercial anchor for Mukwonago, delivered on time and within budget.
The site's high groundwater and surrounding wetlands did call for some quiet engineering along the way - a pavement underdrain protecting the parking base and an economical underground storage system meeting DNR peak-flow requirements - all of it invisible beneath the inventory.
Intricate grading, sewer and water to both buildings, parking layout, and retaining wall design.
11.4 acres and two dealership buildings - Chrysler/Jeep and Chevrolet - with shared display and customer parking.
Pavement underdrain and DNR-compliant underground storage - out of sight beneath the lots.
Continuous architect and developer coordination delivered the site as promised.
