Maple Hills Subdivision
Drainage

A phased, budget-conscious drainage strategy protecting homes and the corridor down to Geneva Lake.

Practical Steps, Lasting Relief

As Town Engineer for the Town of Linn, Lynch developed a phased drainage strategy for the Maple Hills Subdivision - protecting the surrounding homes, downstream properties, and the land draining toward Geneva Lake.

Rather than one oversized capital project, the improvements came as practical, sequenced steps: culverts cleaned and replaced to restore capacity at drainage crossings, check dams to slow flows, and new field inlets to capture runoff before it becomes erosion. The result is sustainable relief the Town could afford - and maintain.
