Three miles of rural road rebuilt across two towns and two counties - funded by LRIP and delivered on schedule.
Little Prairie Road's three-mile reconstruction crossed more boundaries than most projects twice its size: funded through an LRIP-S award, it required cooperation between the Towns of Palmyra and Eagle and both Waukesha and Jefferson Counties. Lynch kept the partners aligned and the project moving.
Georeferenced aerial mapping made design efficient across the long corridor - identifying drainage concerns during design and carrying into construction, where the same mapping flags areas of potential base instability. The design also enhanced intersection sight distances for safety. The project was successfully bid and constructed on schedule - exactly what a multi-jurisdiction LRIP project is supposed to look like.

Flight-based survey and mapping made design efficient over three miles.
