East Troy Business Park

Development-ready roads, utilities, and stormwater capacity that opened new lots for long-term commercial growth.

Infrastructure That Opens Doors

The Village of East Troy envisioned its business park as a flexible, development-ready environment - a place where a company could pick a lot and start building. Lynch delivered the roadway and utility improvements that made that vision real - and companies responded, with MP Systems among the first to break ground on a new facility in the park.

South Executive Drive upgrades created access to newly platted development lots. A planned stormwater basin expansion accommodates runoff from future build-out, so growth will not outrun capacity.

Lynch provided design, bidding, and construction oversight coordinated to Village standards - one team from concept through completed pavement.
