Roadway, utilities, storm sewer, and ADA improvements - delivered in step with the Village Square project next door.
Delivered alongside the concurrent Village Square reconstruction, this project modernized Church Street from the ground up. Utility upgrades included upsized water mains, new hydrants, sanitary lateral lining, storm sewer, and catch basins - the systems a downtown depends on but never sees.
Above ground, pedestrian access got the same attention: ADA curb ramps, widened sidewalks, and safer connections near School Street. Where grades tightened against adjacent properties, crews formed and poured cast-in-place retaining walls to hold the widened corridor. Lynch provided both design and construction management, coordinating field delivery with adjacent downtown activity so East Troy's core stayed open, safe, and welcoming throughout construction.
