A Wisconsin civil engineering firm that quietly leads with expertise - practical design, survey accuracy, and responsive communication for southeastern Wisconsin communities. Since 2010.
Lynch & Associates was founded in 2010 with a simple promise: deliver civil engineering and land surveying services with the care, precision, and personal attention that large firms can't provide. What started as a small team in Big Bend, Wisconsin has grown into a firm of more than 20 professionals with offices in Burlington and New Berlin - and a project portfolio spanning transportation, municipal infrastructure, land development, construction management, and specialty geospatial technology.
We serve municipalities, developers, utilities, and communities across the Midwest. Our roots are Midwestern - humble, hardworking, and dependable - and those values show in every project we take on. We listen first, solve second, and build trust throughout.
We operate with clear goals, disciplined processes, and a culture of accountability - so every client gets the same high-quality experience and every project moves forward with purpose.
At Lynch & Associates, great project delivery starts with clear thinking and genuine accountability at every level of the team. We bring the same focus and responsive communication to every engagement - whether it's a neighborhood street reconstruction or a major infrastructure corridor.
Six principles guide every project we take on. Together they keep our work on track, our clients in the loop, and our deliverables at the level of quality our reputation demands.
The result: a firm that consistently punches above its size - responsive, proactive, and deeply invested in outcomes that serve our clients and their communities.
Work With UsGood engineering starts with good listening. We invest time up front to understand your goals, constraints, and community context - so we solve the right problem from day one.
Technical rigor is non-negotiable. Our engineers and surveyors produce accurate, well-coordinated deliverables that stand up to review and that contractors can build from with confidence.
We manage the relationships - permitting agencies, municipalities, utilities, contractors - so your team stays focused on priorities, not project administration.
No surprises. We keep clients informed at every milestone, flag issues early, and present project status in plain language - not engineering jargon.
Our accountability doesn't stop at permit approval. We stay engaged through construction, respond when field questions arise, and make sure the project is built as designed.
Each completed project sharpens our expertise. We invest in technology, training, and refined processes to continuously raise the bar on quality and efficiency.
These four values are not words on a wall - they are the filter through which every hiring decision, project decision, and client interaction is made.
We're civil engineering entrepreneurs - taking ownership, making practical design decisions, and staying accountable from first survey through construction closeout.
We quietly lead with expertise, knowing our work speaks louder than words. We earn credibility through results, not self-promotion.
We cut through complexity with practical design, accurate surveys, and clear plans. Every dollar and every hour is accounted for.
We manage every project with sharp attention to detail - optimizing resources and maximizing value for our clients and our community.
More than 20 dedicated professionals across engineering, surveying, design, project management, and operations - all working toward the same mission.
